Hi Amy!
This made me smile—thank you so much for your excitement and for being such a wonderful part of the luncheon each year!

We’re just putting the final touches on everything, and I’ll be posting the full author lineup later today, so keep an eye out—it’s a great group this year! And I can hardly believe it, but this will be our 10th event, which makes it even more special.

Most of the event details are already up on the website, and I’ll continue to update anything new as we finalize those last few pieces.

And just as a reminder, tickets will go live on May 4th at 6:00 PM MT—I can’t wait!!

Hi when are we going to get more information I am trying to make plans on coming to the event but need to know who will be there and when registration opens up for the authors. Thank you for your help

Thank you so much for reaching out—and I completely understand wanting to plan ahead!

We are just finalizing a few last details, and I’ll be posting the full author lineup very soon (today!), so keep an eye out. It’s shaping up to be a fantastic group this year!

Reader ticket registration will open on May 4th at 6:00 PM MT, and as you know, seats do tend to go quickly.

Most of the event details (schedule, meals, hotel info, etc.) are already available on the site, and I’ll continue updating everything as we wrap up the transition.

I’d love to have you join us—it’s always such a special experience!
